Early C18, undergoing conversion at time of survey. 2 storey stone house with steep pitched early tiled roof, brick chimney stacks, moulded stone eaves, 3 hipped dormers. 5 windows (one blind) 2 light casements with flat arched heads, 4 light (2 long and 2 short) on ground floor. Central door with 4 fielded panels and a rectangular light over. 2 dated quoins on south-east corner have dates 17X5 and 1754. Interior: simple stop chamfered beams; inglenook fireplace; square oak staircase with turned balusters.
