TICKFORD STREET 1. 1446 (North East Side) No 21 X2 1/46 II 2. C16 refronted C17, altered C19. Stucco, old tiles. Diapered red brick stack, corbelled cornice. 2 storeys and attic, box dormer. 2 sashes, 1st floor band. Door surround, frieze, hood. Ground floor C19 window and carriageway on left. G II 1690 on 1st floor stone carved panel.

No 21 shall be amended to read :- No 21 ("old" King's Arms Public House)
