KING'S PARADE 1. 942 (East Side) Nos 10 & 11 TL 4458 SE 6/75 26.4.50 II GV 2. 1827. Gault brick. 3 storeys, cellar and attic. 2 windows, 3 of them are casements opening to the floor, the other a sash with glazing bars. The ground floor is largely unaltered on the south of the central doorway. Parapet with band, hipped slate roof with 2 dormers. Interior completely altered. Both 1st floor windows and one 2nd floor window have wrought iron balconies. No 11 has plaque recording residence of Charles Lamb in 1819. (RCHM 127) All the listed buildings on the East Side of Kings Parade form a group.
