2. A late C18 or early C19 brick house, now painted. (Part of a block which includes No 15 Lynn Road) 2 storeys. 3 window range, double-hung sashes with glazing bars, in flush eased frames (1 C20 window on the ground storey.) The doorway has a wood doorcase with pilasters and a small cornice hood. Roof tiled (Old Cambridgeshire tiles).

Nos 2 to 8 (even), The Congregational Chapel, Nos 9 to 12 (consec), Nos 16 & 18, No 15 Lynn Road form a consistent group of early C19 buildings.
