Pair of cottages now forms a single residence. Early C19 with slightly later added cell. Hammer-dressed stone, stone slate roof. 2 storeys. 3 divisions. 1st is addition with garage door cut into ground floor out of sympathy with the building. 1st floor has taking-in door with flat faced mullioned windows to either side of 2 lights and single-light retaining small paned glazing. Break in stonework. 2nd division has doorway with tie-stone jambs and flat faced mullioned window with slightly projecting sill of 4 lights with one of 5 lights over to 1st floor. 3rd division has 4-light window with same over. Quoins to right hand end only. Gable stacks and 2 others to ridge both reduced.
