PETERBOROUGH 1. 1500 PRECINCTS Table Hall (Formerly listed as part of Nos 16, 17, 18 & 19) TL 1998 NW 1/363 7.2.52. I GV 2. Cl5 origin, C19 alterations. Right band wing is of 2 storeys in ashlar Stone slate roof. Brick chimney to right. C19 2-light trefiol headed window with quatrefiol in arcaded head over bay window with crenellated parapet and shields to cornice, lancet headed lights+ To right, plain 4-light casenment window. Dripmould to arched doorway with 2 older small windows over. Left hand wing at right angles has later stone chimney at storm gable end. Stone slate roof. 2 storeys, of which the upper overhangs on wood bressumers. 2 windows of 3 lights, flush frames, double-hung sashes, no glazing bars. 2 windows on ground floor, and door, boarded up. Left wing is rendered, brick infill of half-timber frame. Stone buttress* Rubble plinth. Originally part of Infirmary. Interior:- Roof on braces, collar beams. In process of restorations (1970).AM. Deanery, Canory House & Wall, Table House, Infirmary, Nos 16 to 18 (consec), No 20 & Wall form a group.
