The address and description shall be amended to read: WEST WICKHAM ROAD (North Side) No 3 (Dean Cottage) and No 5 GV II Two cottages.C18 and C19 alterations. Timber framed, cased in gault brick and flint. Plain tiled roofs.Red brick axial ridge stack, gable end stack to north. One storey and attic with roof raised to No 3 in C19. West elevation: Entrance doorway to No 3 in modern lean-to porch, boarded door to No 5. Two gabled dormer windows to No 3 and four ground floor windows of various sizes. Interior: to No 5 stop- chamfered ceiling beams, open hearth with baking oven, C18 staircase and panelled doors.
