BALSHAM HIGH STREET TL 5850 (North Side) 11/12 No 86 (Balsham Place) II House. c.1827 (dated stone over doorway in west wall). Extended at rear late C19. Gault brick and slate roof, hipped with dentil eaves cornice and internal tacks. Double pile plan. Two storeys and double fronted. Three recessed, twelve pane hung sashes with glazing bars to the upper sashes. Central doorway in Ionic portico with entablature and flat roof. Panelled double doors and rectangular fanlight. Flanking the doorway two full length hung sashes.
