GV II
House, originally a farmhouse. Late C16, rebuilt c.1620 with C19 additions and alterations; the roof is modern. Timber-framed and plastered with C19 painted brick ground floor, underbuilt jetty to south, and Bourn great bricks. Modern plain tile roof, C17 ridge stack with three diagonal shafts to right hand. Two storeys with attics, three unit lobby entry plan. Main entrance with open gabled C19 porch and boarded and filleted door. Three ground floor and four first floor windows of various sizes with glazing bars including two horizontal sliding sash windows. Interior has exposed wall frames showing two building periods. Rear kitchen wing with baking oven C19; and rear stack to south-west dated 1831 on stone plaque.
