Cottage, probably late C17, with C19 fenestration. Timber framed, rendered on rebuilt C19 gault brick plinth. Late C17 soft red brick to left hand gable end. Roof originally thatched, now covered with corrugated iron with end parapet of soft red brick and end stack of similar brick and date. Gault brick stack, probably also C17 and possibly original, to right hand, and common to Nos. 101 and 103. Single range. One dormer with horizontal sliding sash and two flush frame similar windows, with small panes. Boarded door.
