GV II

House, built in 1833 for St Johns College with later lean to. Gault brick, low pitched slate roof with end stacks. Symmetrical facade to south of three 'bays' with recessed sixteen-paned hung sash windows at first floor and similar, larger windows flanking four-flush-panelled door.
