Cottage. C17 or early C18 extended by one bay early C19. Timber-framed, rendered on brick plinth and tiled. Grey brick, square ridge stack. Three bay and lobby entry plan. One storey and attic. Two gable dormers. Two mid C19 hung sashes of twelve panes on either side of doorway. Later doorway added to left hand. C19 extension added to right hand. One storey and attic. Grey brick end stack. Interior: Remodelled. Rear wall framing removed and small hearth, probably a C19 replacement of original inglenook.
