TL 4245 FOWLMERE HIGH STREET (East Side) 18/109 Sextons Cottage GV II Cottage. Late C17 or early C18. Possibly clay bat plastered. Thatched roof half hipped to south. Red brick ridge stack. One storey and attic; three unit plan with C20 flat roofed extension to south end. Three C20 casement windows and one small window; boarded door to north.
