LITTLE GRANSDEN CHURCH STREET TL 25NE (West side) 1/104 Nos 18,20 5.7.84 II
Pair of cottages. c.1750. Timber framed roughcast rendered and long straw thatch roof. Shared red brick ridge stack with projecting entablature and a panel to the base with the date 1856 and initials, TWW, inscribed. Two storeys. Handed elevation of two casements at first and ground floors and two doorways to the centre. Interior plan of two rooms on ground and first floors to each cottage. Boxed main beam. Small additions at the rear.
