II
House. Early C17 with C20 extensions and alterations. Timber framed and plastered with C20 pargetted panels. Plain tiled roofs. Brick plinth. Tall rectangular planned ridge stack to left of centre. Two storeys, three unit plan with rear outshuts rebuilt as two storey extensions. Hipped plain tiled porched entrance and bay window, two ground floor casement windows and four first floor windows of various sizes. Interior: Exposed timber frame and floor frames with chamfered joists. Clunch chimney stack with back to back hearths and baking oven with stair case over to first floor rooms. Tudor style C19 staircase inserted into C20 extension. The rooms to the east rebuilt after a fire.
