Cottage. C16, late C17 or early C18 alterations and rebuilding, C20 renovation. Timber-framed and plastered; plain tiled roof with some pantiles on north side. One storey and attic (the original C16 building was possibly single storeyed). Modified original three unit plan to include barn to west in C19 when divided into two tenements. South elevation : Original entrance possibly blocked; boarded door to left hand with four ground floor casement windows. Three gabled dormer windows with casements. Interior: Open hearths and floor frames on clamps; some original exposed timber-frame and some reused timber in later partitions.
