(Situated to the south of the Church and within a moated site).
Late C18 or early C19 farmhouse with double pile plan. Two-storeys, semi-basement and
dormers. Double-fronted with three windows. Slightly later one and a half-storey
service wing added at south end. Slate roof with gable stacks and panelled boxed gutter.
Gault brick with pilasters strips on quoins. Slightly recessed central bay. Simplified
Doric frieze. Gauged flat brick arches to recessed sash windows with side lights and
glazing bars; segmental arched ground floor windows with plastered tympanum. Windows at
rear and in extension with arched Gothic lights. Flat-headed dormers. Added mid C19
gabled porch, half-glazed door with side lights. The farmhouse stands on the site of a
house formerly belonging to the Bishops of Ely.
