Details
ST 67 NW WINTERBOURNE BECKSPOOL ROAD (west side), Frenchay 3/6 Manor Cottage G.V. II House, now rest home. Mid/late C18, extended early C19 and later, altered may contain earlier work. Rendered, concrete double roman tile roofs. 3 storeys, 3 windows and 2 more in 2 storey wing to left (south), all windows are glazing bar sashes; main block has central portico on Tuscan columns and pilasters, plain entablature; second floor windows rise through parapet as gabled dormers with ball finials. Lower wing has pitched roof. At rear very large C20 extension.
