Farmhouse. C17 with C19 and C20 alterations and additions. Rubble, rough- cast, slate roof with gable stacks. L-plan including front projecting wing, former through passage. 2 storeys and 2 windows all 3 and 4-light casements with ovolo mullions in moulded wooden architraves with drip moulds, west side of front wing has two 3-light casements at ground floor, C20 to right and two 2-light at 1st floor, main block has central C20 porch with 4-centred arched 4-panelled and studded door with upper panels glazed in recessed flat-headed opening, south gable front has 2-light window to left and large external stack, decorative valance under all eaves. East side has irregular C19 and C20 windows and door, west has one 3-light casement at ground floor and 2-light mullioned window at 1st floor, rear has C19 and C20 single storey extension. Interior: C19 stair replaces through passage, winder stair to rear of passage has C17 door with strap hinges at bottom, winder stair in front wing, chamfered stopped beams.
