Details
YATTON C.P. JASMINE LANE (east side) Claverham ST 46 NW 5/165 White Cottage - II House. Early C19 refronting of possible earlier building with C20 alterations. Rubble, rendered, pantiled roof with gable stacks. 2 storeys and 5 windows, all 16-pane sashes in exposed boxes, some C20 pivoted replacements, central C20 glazed porch and glazed door. Right return and left have ground and first floor 6-pane light to rear. Rear has roof extended over single storey addition, splayed wall angle to left, C20 2-light casement with glazing bars, further single storey addition with 2-light casement to side, 2-light casement to rear and oven projection; slightly set back to right, C20 4-light casement, small 2-pane light and door, rooflight; further single storey addition to right has three 2-light casements, former pigsty attached at angle to right with waney- edged boarding and single light. Interior: not inspected.
