Late C16/early C17. Rubble, rendered on elevation to Horse-shoe Lane. Double Roman tile roof. Brick stack with stone cornices, moulded stone ridge tiles. L-plan; 2 storeys and gabled attic; gable to High Street,, gables to Horse-shoe Lane, gable to return facing down High Street which forms entrance facade. One window to each gabled facade; ground floor windows, early C19 tripartite glazing bar sashes with moulded stone surrounds and mullions. First floor windows: glazing bar sashes in moulded stone surrounds. Attic: small single light casement in moulded surround. Panelled door under flat stone hood on brackets.

Interior: Fireplace with moulded depressed arch (not in original position) single storey wing to rear with 2-light oak mullion windows, plank and batten door. At top of modern stairs, 2 plank door, with scratch moulded edged and iron hinges: architrave has double-ovolo moulding with run-out stop and niche; baluster screen above for ventilation. Chamfered beams with stepped stops.
