Wall enclosing garden, immediately to the east of Lyegrove House, Two gates and gate piers in north wall and gate piers in west wall GV II

Gate piers in west wall C17. Walled garden probably C19. Gates in north wall 1927 by G H Kitchin.

Walled garden. Coursed rubble, brick lined to garden side. North wall has 2 gates: large central one is by G H Kitchen, central round-headed gateway, framed by ashlar pediment supported by pilasters, flanked by giant pilasters with ball finials, cast-iron gate; smaller gate to west, piers with ball finials.

Gate piers in west wall: ashlar; shell head niches on front and rear; cornice and large ball finials. Brough to Lyegrove in C19, probably from Little Sodbury Manor.
