Detached farmhouse, originally two cottages. Late C17 cottage to right hand, early C18 cottage to left hand both with C19 fenestration. Squared and coursed lias with wooden lintels and pantile roof. 2 storeys, 2 windows to early C18 cottage, 1 window to C17 cottage. Windows are 2 pane C19 sashes to left hand and C19 casements to right hand. C19 plank door under coved, semi-circular hood on carved brackets to left hand, plank door to right hand. 4 brick stacks.
