TIMSBURY C.P. CHURCH LANE ST 65 NE 2/29 Smith monument, in the churchyard and 4 metres north of chapel of Church of St. Mary the Virgin G.V. II Chest tomb. Early C19. Freestone. Very large angled chest stands on claws on a plain plinth, festooned side panels have text, heavy cornice surmounted by antefixae this stepped slab topped by gadrooned urn. Earliest legible date, Elizabeth, wife of Rev. Bartholomew Deeke Smith, M.A., 1815.
