House, formerly pair of cottages. Early C19. Rendered rubble, pantile roof, raised coped verges. 2 storeys, 4 windows. Left 2 have glazing bar sashes under segmental heads, door to left is 2 panel under a flat porch on slender, square columns; right 2 have multi-pane casements under segmental heads, door as left, under gabled porch with cusped bargeboards and finial on slender columns; all windows are under painted plaster voussoirs; extends left along roadside, flat roofed behind rubble wall, one window, multi-pane casement under segmental head with brick arch and stone voussoirs. Large rear parallel range of 2 storeys, 2 windows, glazing bar sashes and a later ground floor bay. High rubble wall at side of front garden has a flat coping and is twice swept up to reach eaves height.
