Detached house now subdivided. Late C18, altered in mid C19. Rendered; plain and double Roman tiled mansard roof with coped raised verges and crested ridge; rendered stacks. 2 storeys and attics in catslide dormers. 3 bays plus 1 on extension to right (no. 34): glazing bar sash windows; 3-light canted bays to ground floor with dentilled cornice; louvred shutters and blind boxes to first floor. Central 6-panel door under blacked fanlight; doorcase with broken pediment.
