SX 08 SW ST ENDELLION PORT GAVERNE 2/105 Beach House - GV II Smithy, converted into dwelling. Circa mid C19 largely remodelled in 1875 when converted by Mr W. Guy into a house for his son Mark. Rendered stone rubble, slate- hung above ground floor. Slate roof with hipped ends and brick chimney stacks in hipped ends. Double depth plan probably with rooms on either side of central stair hall. Further C19 1-room wing set back on right-hand side with C20 extension in angle in front. 2 storeys symmetrical 3-window front with moulded exposed sash boxes. Ground floor with 2 projecting bay windows with 16-pane sashes and continuous slate roof which forms porch to central entrance with C19 6-panel door and fanlight. First floor with 3 hornless C19 12-pane sashes. 2-storey wing set back on right, slate-hung with C19 12-pane sash. C20 rendered extension in front. Interior not inspected.
