House on site of carpenters yard. Circa mid to late C19. Painted weather boarding
and slatehanging. Slate roof with hipped ends and brick end stacks.
Single depth 2-room plan. Built into side of hill with 3-storey elevation to harbour
and 2-storey elevation to Roscarrock Hill where ground is at higher level.
3-window front to harbour. Ground floor with 2-bay windows with C20 fenestration
with verandah above on first floor which also has C20 fenestration in altered window
openings. Second floor has 3 C19 unusual timber 2-light casement windows with
pointed arch heads and similar fenestration in left-hand side wall. 2-storey
elevation to Roscarrock Hill with quoin strips, C20 door and C19 doorcase. Further
rendered and painted stone rubble range on right-hand gable end with slate roof with
gable ends and C19 and C20 fenestration.
Interior not inspected.
Prominent position on south side of harbour.
