House with later shop, later reinstated as a house. C18. Rendered front, otherwise stone rubble; steep dry slate roof with late C19 crested clay ridge tiles; two hipped roof dormers with slate-hung cheeks and terracotta finials; brick end stack on the right and rear lateral stack on the left. Single-depth plan plus C18 rear wing at right angles on the right and short extension to rear left. Two storeys plus attic; two-window range. Late C19 or C20 four-pane horned sashes, those to ground floor inserted to otherwise infilled shop windows with moulded cornice above. Wide central doorway with recessed doorway with panelled door on its right.

INTERIOR: not inspected but may retain features of interest.
