House. C18. Slatehanging to front, otherwise render on
probable rubble; dry slate half-hipped roof with open gable
central to front with 16-pane 2-light casement and modillion
eaves cornice linked to eaves cornice; brick end stacks.
Shallow double-depth plan with 2 rooms at the front flanking a
central entrance hall, plus lower service wing set back
slightly on right.
2 storeys plus attic; symmetrical 3-window front. Possibly
original 12-pane hornless sashes and central doorway with
original 6-panel door with fielded panels (doorcase removed).
INTERIOR: original staircase with turned balusters and newels,
and front ground-floor rooms have panelled doors, chair rails
and plaster ceiling cornices (former list description).
