Pair of cottages formerly a farmhouse. Mid to late C17 with C19 alterations. Coursed limestone rubble with freestone dressings. Thatched roof. Stone ridge stack with rebuilt brick shafts and end stack to left hand; parapet gables with red brick replacing stone coping. Two storeys and attics, original three unit lobby entry plan with service bay to south-west, modified to two dwellings. Two entrances with glazed (No. 7), and panelled (No. 8) doors each with C19 gabled canopies. Four-light C17 casement window with ovolo mullions and moulded cornice to right hand, three other ground floor windows and two first floor windows of various sizes with wooden lintels; one gabled dormer window. Gable to north-east with C17 blocked doorway and blocked single light window.

Interior: Stop-chamfered axial beams; sealed hearth to central room.
