Originally a silk mill. Early C19. Red brick. Built on sloping ground
with 3 storeys at front and 2 storeys plus basement at rear; 11 windows,
generally retaining small-paned iron lights, and with stone lintels and
sills; small pediment at centre, formerly with clock; hipped slate roof.
