8/267 No 37 and 38
II House. Late C17-early C18. Altered c19. Flint and chalk chequerwork, stone quoins and tiled roof. Two storeys, complex plan consisting of a 2-bay core block with two gabled extensions to north, and 'L' shaped wing on east side, and various C19 extensions. Present entrance to wing on east, and secondary entrance lateral to western north extension. C20 doors. Some 2 and 3-light stone-mullioned windows in core block, and various later windows, some leaded. Roofs hipped and brick stacks.
