House. c1840-60, on site of earlier manor house. Roughcast brick, with thatched roof, but tiled over service wing. Two storeys and cellar, 'L'-plan, of four bays to front and rear wing on left containing main reception rooms. C20 extensions to rear. Door in open thatched porch. Paned timber windows with label mouldings. Roof hipped, with stack with diagonal shafts between third and fourth front bays, and similar stack to rear wing.
Interior: Long wide hallway. Reception rooms have corniced ceilings. Original fireplace in front living room.
