House and cottage, now one dwelling. Early C18. Hammer-dressed stone, stone slate roof. 3-cell direct entry with cell to left formerly a separate dwelling. 2 storeys, 4 first-floor windows. C20 half-glazed door with blocked doorway to former cottage, now a casement window, to left. Main door flanked by casements in moulded stone architraves, formerly mullioned, with single-light fire window in moulded stone architrave to extreme right. First floor: casements throughout, that to left at intermediate level, that to right in plain stone architrave. Gable coping, shaped kneeler, ridge stack. Interior: Bressumer to fireplace in main room.
