Marked on Ordnance Survey Map as Melsonby Farm. Farmhouse, now house. Mid
C18. Coursed sandstone, pantile roof with stone slates at eaves. 2
storeys, 3 bays, with rear outshut. Quoins. Central 4-panel door below
narrow overlight in architrave with bases, pulvinated frieze and pediment.
Sash windows with glazing bars in architraves. Cyma recta cornice. Shaped
kneelers, ashlar coping. Brick end stacks.
