Former orangery. Late C19. For Major Sheldon Cradock. Rendered rubble and
ashlar sandstone. Rear wall: rendered rubble, with semicircular recess in.
centre. In front, 9-bay Tuscan colonnade, carrying entablature, with
central entrance. Behind the columns, vertical iron posts which must once
have supported glass roof. To left, ashlar screen wall with doorway with
architrave, tripartite keystone, and with recessed panel to its right;
balustraded parapet.
