Offices. 1883 on plaque. Scammell & Collier of Leeds. Rusticated sandstone with Welsh slate roof. L-shaped on plan. 3-storey 3-bay gable- ended wing and 4-storey, 7-bay range to right. Entrance to centre of wing: 4-panel double doors in pilastered doorcase with frieze and segmental pediment. Casement windows throughout. Ground and first floor windows under continuous basket-headed hood-mould. First floor band. Flat lintels to third floor of range. Round-headed arches with keystones to third floor wing end fourth floor range. Moulded ashlar coping. Pilastered and pedimented inscription tablet surmounts range containing date. find and ridge stacks to wing. Interior not inspected.
