House. Probably late C18, later addition and alterations. Coursed, squared limestone, Welsh slate roof. L-shaped plan having wing to rear left, later range in angle is parallel to front and projects beyond right return. 2 storeys, 4 : 1 bays. Plinth, chamfered quoins. Bay 2 has C20 door and overlight in architrave with consoled pediment. Flanking windows (boarded at time of resurvey) have architraves except bays 4 and 5 (set back) which have projecting sills and plain lintels. 1st floor: band sweeps up from door pediment; 4-pane sashes in architraves, bays 4 and 5 as below. Eaves band. Hipped roof with 2 rendered ridge stacks to main range, rendered end stack to bay 5. Left return: 4 bays. Architraved ground-floor doorway; three 1st-floor windows have architraves, kneelers and gable copings and rear end stack. Interior;splat-balustered service stair. Turned-baluster main stair with fielded-panel dado. Curved principal rafters.
