Farmhouse, now 2 dwellings and barn. Lintel dated 1678/EF. Deeply coursed, squared gritstone, stone slate roof. 2-room plan with attached single-aisled barn to right under same roof. 2 storeys, 2 windows to 1st floor, barn 3 bays (internal). House: double- chamfered mullion windows. C20 door to right, in chamfered, quoined surround with Tudor-arched dated lintel. Another inserted door to far left. Between doors a 3-light window to left and former 4-light to right (lacking central mullion). Two 3-light windows to first floor. Moulded kneelers and chamfered gable copings to left. Central ashlar ridge stack with band and cornice. Barn: large boarded cart entrance to left, door to far right. 2 casements to each floor. Interior of barn: 2 braced arcade posts to aisle. Later addition to rear right of house and lean-to adjoining end wall of barn not of special interest.
