2. Circa 1850 villa, unusual for Bradford in that it is related far more to the seaside type of the period. Two-storeys, painted ashlar "bricks" above rock faced ones with quoins to ground floor. Low pitch hipped roof of diamond pattern slates with very deep flat eaves. Three window front facing road with central porch formed by octagonal crenellated turrets with 3 crenel parapet, the central crenel bearing a carved stone head. The central first floor window has an architrave surround with pediment on consoles, consoles to sills. The ground floor windows are tripartite, flanking pilasters and carved console brackets over dividers, supporting entablatures; original, large paned wood casements. The panelled door is set in a cambered oriel, shallow moulded surround with carved spandrels. Dwarf wall fronting pavement.
