2. Situated on south side of road. Mid C19, circa 1860-70, large warehouse of 5 tall storeys. Sandstone "brick"; sill bands to each floor. 24 windows to long side ranges; linking impost band set below lintels. Modillion-bracket eaves cornice, pedimental gable over centre 3 bays of west front with rusticated pilaster stops flanking centre. Tripartite archivolt arched blind windows in pedimental gable ends. Square stair tower at north-west corner with narrow triple grouped lights to each face, impost strings and archivolt arches. The top stage has framed oculus and bracketed cornice to pyramidical roof with iron cresting.
