House, now in 2 occupations. C18 extended and refronted early C19. Hammer-dressed stone, stone slate roof. 2 storeys. Plinth, raised quoins, band and window surrounds. No 9 of 3 symmetrical bays. Doorway has pilasters, triangular open pediment with radial fanlight, 16-paned sashed windows with plain stone surrounds. No 9A is attached to right and has doorway with monolithic jambs and single bay of windows, sashed to 1st floor. Coped gables with kneelers and stack. One other stack to ridge. Rear has central stairwindow with semicircular-arched head with impost block and keystone. Some inserted mid C20 windows out of sympathy with the building. Rear: quoins to right of doorway with flat-arched lintel indicate its C18 origins.
