II
House. Late C18. Hammer-dressed stone, dressed quoins, stone slate roof. 2 storeys and attic. 3-room plan,double-depth. 3 bays of flat-faced mullioned windows. 1st bay has 3-light stepped window, mid C20, with 4-light window over to 1st floor and Tudor-arched doorway with chamfered surround, probably re-used. 2nd and 3rd bays have 3-light stepped windows to each floor with slightly projecting sills. Set between is original doorway with monolithic jambs and impost blocks. Coped gables with kneelers and stacks, that to left gable rebuilt mid C20. Rear has single light stair-window at mezzanine level and, slightly cutback, right bay with C17 doorway with large tie stones and chamfered surround to 1st floor. Right hand return wall has doorway with monolithic jambs with 2-light window over. Single light to garret.
