Farmhouse and attached barn. Late C18 and early C19. Coursed squared stone, stone slate roof. House: 2 builds. 2 storeys, 2 lst-floor windows plus 3rd to left. Quoins to left, and to left of added bay. Board door to right under oblong fanlight with glazing bars. To left of door a single-light window in a plain stone surround and to far left a 6-light flat-faced mullion window. Similar windows to 1st floor, of 3-lights to left and 2-lights to right. Bay added to left has a 4-light flat-faced mullion window to each floor, the lst-floor window with 3 lights blocked. 2 corniced ridge stacks. Rear: central 6-light window to ground and 1st floors. Other windows with mullions removed. Barn to right: early C19. 3 bays, lower than house. Central, elliptical-arched, board cart door in chamfered, quoined surround with voussoirs. To right of cart door a chamfered, quoined surround doorway, now a window, and to far right a board door in chamfered quoined surround. To left, window with stonecill and lintel. Round-arched slit vents at eaves. Gutter brackets.
