Former corn mill. Mid C17, much altered. Irregularly coursed gritstone. Gable end roof now covered with pantiles. Large quoins. In the north gable end at first-floor level is a splayed chamfered mullion window, originally four lights, now only central mullion remaining; raised edge to face of mullion and to inner surround. On the east side next to modern garage doors, is a two-light mullioned window in splayed surround the mullion removed. Included for group value.
