House. Probably mid C17, first floor late C17. Rubble brought to course, first
floor of coursed squared stone; stone slate roof. 2 storeys, single cell with 2nd
bay set back on right added c1985 in keeping. C17 cell: quoins, no longer to ground
floor left. On right, 1985 door in chamfered quoined surround with deep lintel;
to its left a 5-light double-chamfered mullion window; both under continuous drip-
mould which rises above doorway. First floor: a 5-light single-chamfered mullion
window. Coping and c1985 stack to left end. Left return: table stones from lower
adjoining barn (removed). Interior: shallow segmental-arched stone fireplace;
spine beam.
