Terrace of houses, formerly girls boarding school. 1798, No. 52 mid C.19. Built for the Moravian Church. Red brick. Stone quoins. Stone slate roofs, No. 52 is taller with copings. Two storeys. Nos. 50 and 54 are each of 4 bays with sashes with keystones. Doorways have fanlight, architrave and small cornice. No. 52 is set back slightly, and has 3 bays of sashes with plaster lintels. The doorway has fanlight, architrave and small cornice.

In 1811 they became private houses and Miss Wooler, Charlotte Bronte's governess, lived in the middle house.
