Small detached house. 17C or early 18C. Considerable C1970s restoration. Coursed rubble. Stone slate roof (20C). Two storeys. Near-central Tuddr-arched doorway (restored). One 4-light window to left and one 3-light window to right, both double-chamfered. Continuous drip mould (restored) rises as hood mould over doorway. At 1st floor level, one 4-light window to left and one 3-light window to right, both chamfered. All window surrounds are rendered and many mullions are replacements. Chamfered gable copings (concrete replacements) on moulded kneelers. 20C porch to rear and some double-chamfered windows. Left return has a projecting chimney breast with roten stack, and small chamfered fire-window to 1st floor left. Interior not inspected.
