New Laith (House to south-west)

Detached house. Late C18-early C19. Hammer dressed stone. Stone slate roof (bitumen covered). Gable copings on carved kneelers. Two ashlar gable stacks (one truncated). Two storeys. House has modern flat roofed extension to left and single storey lean-to extension to right with entrance and one 2-light stone mullioned window. South-east elevation of house has later central door in recent porch and one 3-light and one 2-light stone mullioned window. First floor: central 5-light stone mullioned window with centre light blocked and one 3-light window to each side. To rear are various later openings.
